Fulfillment Nears Completion

The first round of bulk shipping to all locations is now complete!
Brazil and Russia were the last regions to be sent out and we have already seen packages arriving in both of those locations. So if you are in any other location, you should have had your package. If you are in Brazil and Russia, you should have at least have a tracking number. If you do not have a tracking number, use this contact to see what can be done:
The next stage of fulfillment is to make sure you all got your games. Many, many shipping/packing issues have been resolved, a few issues are still in progress and we think even fewer backers may still need to report problems. If you need to contact us for support issues, please use this e-mail address:
Some backers are still trying to contact us other ways. Using the support e-mail is the fastest and only supported method for issue resolution. At the time this update was written, we have replied to every mail sent to this address. Over 95% of those issues are fully resolved and our fulfillment company, Maki Games, is working on the few issues that came in recently.
We will continue to support backers with issues for some time. We understand that some of you do not open every package immediately. However, it would be a great help if you could please check your games as soon as you can.

As I am sure you can imagine, fulfillment has been a lot of work for Tracey and Maki Games. Our lead game designer, Filippo Chirico, and the art department, run by Alexei Popovici, has been less involved with sending your packages. But they have not been idle and we want to give backers the first details of their recent work!
In the darkest of times, man believed in Witches and Magic. Why? Because it was real!

Dark Rituals: Malleus Maleficarum is a totally new game, with no overlap with The Order of Vampire Hunters’ universe. It is a one vs many game, with a really fluid, dynamic turn structure, allowing players to jump into the game play whenever they can be most effective.

Hello Hunters!
We know you want your games, so let’s start with shipping.
Australia and NZ: All Australian and New Zealand packages have left the building! Before they were picked up, Let’s Play Games took a few photos of the process.
Let’s Play Games has confirmed that all packages were picked up by Australia Post on Wednesday morning. Backers should receive notifications via emails at each point of the delivery process - pick up, receiving depot, on board for delivery and finally once it has been delivered or delivery was attempted. Estimated Australia Post delivery times are Sydney to East Coast 2-3 days, West coast 4-5 days, NZ 3-4 days (express airfreight). Please note that those times are from pick up date.

The fulfillment company, Maki Games, with our help, has been working on issue resolution. Most of the missing and replacements for damaged items have shipped. These are coming from different locations, based on what’s needed. For EU and RoW, GamesQuest and Maki Games are shipping replacements and items and in the US and Canada it is Quartermaster. For Australia and New Zealand it will be Let’s Play Games. We are continuing to collate issue reports and will be sending another batch of recently reported issues for resolution in the next few days.

Hello Hunters!
This is a short update includes important information for backers in Australia and New Zealand.
As we have commented, we have been talking to our fulfillment partners to get to the bottom of a change that was brought to our attention recently. We have also spoken to Let’s Play Games, a well known Australian games distributor.
GamesQuest have made a change to fulfillment without communicating to either our global fulfillment partner or us. They have chosen Let’s Play Games for the final distribution leg. The pallets have cleared customs and are on their way now. GamesQuest tell us that fulfillment will be faster with Let’s Play Games. The packages were not held up due to last minute discussions, so this problem has not introduced any further delays.
If you do need to change your address at this late stage, it will be better to contact Emiliano at Maki Games, our global fulfillment partner, by end of day on Sunday 13th May. He will personally call Let’s Play Games to see what can be done.

Hello Hunters!
Less shipping info this time, more downloadable content, assorted items and replacements for broken items and mis-packs.
Australia and NZ: We’re keeping an eye on the MSC Madrid. There will be several stops along the way but the current ETA is 5th May in Sydney, Australia.
Brazil: There are some issues shipping via DHL to Brazil, with some packages being refused and returned to us. That means that packages for Brazil are currently ‘on hold’ as we set up a different shipping option that will be better for our Brazilian backers. It will likely take a few days before we can resume shipping to Brazil.
Russia: There are some similar problems with sending large packages to Russia. We are looking at a couple of different options to ensure backers safely receive their pledges but this will mean a further delay on shipments to Russia. Thank you in advance for your patience.

As we mentioned in the previous update, we are switching to fixing problems. This includes tracking down missing or undelivered packages and re-shipping where necessary. For those of you who have received shipments with missing or broken items, we have issue files already organized from our end. We have already sent some lists of fixes to the hubs and are working on resolutions. We are prioritizing the list of fixes and backers that cannot play, for example, backers that are missing complete core games, or important cards and map tiles, etc, are at the top of the list. Some EU backers have already received tracking for re-shipments and some are already seeing replacements arrive.
For backers still receiving games, please send your problems with shipments received to: [email protected] and please include your name, e-mail address, country, photo of the problem/copy of packing slip. There is no need to resend this information if you already sent it.

It’s only been posted a couple of days and we’re already seeing backer-made content appearing on BGG:

Hello Hunters!
We have more shipping information, broken down by region. We’ll also talk about replacements for broken items and mis-packs and translations.
Australia and NZ: Finally!!! We are not sure why there were so many problems with the Australia and New Zealand shipment, but it is finally moving. Not “at the docks”, not “loaded”, but actually out on the high seas. After being removed from the YM Worth container and being repacked on a different type of pallet, it is finally sailing on the MSC Madrid. There will be several stops along the way and we will keep you informed of the progress.
EU and RoW: GamesQuest have confirmed that all RoW parcels were picked up from GamesQuest and are in transit to backers - we have actually seen a box arrive in Japan! Again, please be aware that their tracking system is not working well, and there may be delays in tracking updating. If you are in the EU, there are still some EU packages in transit and we are still seeing messages and comments from backers receiving their games.
We will repeat again that e-mail notifications from GamesQuest are problematic. If you do not have mail from GamesQuest, it does not mean your package is lost or forgotten.
USA and Canada: Quartermaster have said that all US packages have been sent and are in transit to backers. We have seen many postings from US backers that have already received their games. We must say that this locale shipped very smoothly.
Games for Canada are at the border, in Buffalo, NY, pending customs clearance for entry into Canada. We will let you know when the bulk shipment gets to Snakes and Lattes.

Now that our hubs are less involved with the primary shipments, we are switching to fixing problems. We have been queuing up all your reports, so these are already well organized from our end. We have already sent some lists of fixes to the hubs and we are waiting responses. We are prioritizing the list of fixes for backers that cannot play, for example, backers that are missing complete core games, or important cards and map tiles, etc.

It may sound strange for us to mention this, but please check your package carefully, especially the boxes from Quartermaster that are filled with packing peanuts. We have had backers report missing items and then find them in the box.
Once the hubs give us their plans, we will give you an idea of the timeline for getting this fixed.
